Return policy<\/h2>

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:<\/h4>

The user shall have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, in whole or in part, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with Article 102(d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November.<\/p>

Once the specified period has expired, Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa will not accept returns based on the withdrawal of product purchases.<\/p>

In the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the user must contact Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa by sending an email to info@bodegadonafelisa.com.<\/p>

In any event, in the event of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:<\/p>

  1. The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, retaining its original packaging and labeling.<\/li>
  2. The return must be made using the same box or, failing that, a similar container that ensures the product remains in good condition.<\/li>
  3. Proof of purchase must be included in the shipment, accompanied by the product delivery note, which must also indicate the items being returned.<\/li>
  4. Order returns must be sent to the Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa Logistics Center at Carretera MA-7402, Km 9.2, 29400 Ronda (M\u00e1laga).<\/li><\/ol>

    2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (WINES)<\/h4>

    Without prejudice to any other rights the user may have, the user is entitled to a refund of the price of defective products or products delivered that do not correspond to the order placed. Furthermore, the user has the right to claim\u2014and receive\u2014a replacement product in perfect condition. <\/p>

    In cases where products are returned to Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa because they are defective or do not correspond to the order, the User must carry out the return using the procedure established in the preceding section; however, in this instance, the User shall not be liable for the costs of returning said products.<\/p>

    If the user has followed the procedure set out in the preceding section and the requirements established therein have been met, Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa will refund the price paid for the returned products that are defective or do not correspond to the order placed by the user, in accordance with the provisions of the following section.<\/p>

    3. REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE TO THE USER (WINES)<\/h4>

    If the user has followed the procedure set out in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa will refund the price paid by the user for the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the user’s right of withdrawal described in section 1, Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa will not pay or cover the expenses and\/or costs of the return. <\/p>

    The user shall not be entitled to a refund for returned products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or if the requirements set forth in these Return Conditions have not been met.<\/p>

    Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price corresponding to the returned product or products.<\/p>

    Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa will process the refund using the same payment method employed by the user during the product purchase process, within a maximum period of 30 days from the collection of the product and once Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa has verified that the returned products meet the requirements set forth in the preceding sections 1 and 2. The actual crediting of the refund to the user’s account will depend on their banking institution. <\/p>

    3.1. REFUND OF PRODUCT PRICE TO THE USER (WINE TOURISM)<\/h4>

    For wine tourism products (tours, tastings, etc.), the cost of the visit is refundable only if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. To cancel, please contact Bodega Do\u00f1a Felisa (enoturismo@bodegadonafelisa.com) and provide the reservation details (order number and the personal information used to make the booking). <\/p>
