Super Premiun wine from Ronda. Mercure is an aged wine made from the oldest Petit Verdot planted in Spain. A great wine, based on a strict selection in the field, with another selection at the table berry by berry. You will find a dense, deep and very elegant wine after 18 months in French oak barrels.
Buying directly from the winery will ensure that the wine has the right vintage, has been kept in good condition and is at an optimal moment to enjoy it.
VIEW: High layer, bright and clean. Intense cherry colour, highlighting its reddish rim.
AROMA: Nose of ripe black fruits, figs, liquorice, cocoa and balsamic aromas, with a subtle and very elegant toast.
PALATE: Full-bodied, unctuous and velvety on the palate. Long aftertaste, balanced, good tannins and pleasant bitterness.
