A ‘coupage’ of Tintilla de Rota and Tempranillo from the Serranía de Ronda that is sweet, balanced and pleasant to taste, with aromas of red fruits of a certain intensity, spices and hints of scrubland, rosemary and lavender.
It is a red wine with little ageing, ideal to drink with tapas, appetizers and informal meals.
Buying directly from the winery will ensure that the wine has the right vintage, has been kept in good condition and is at an optimal moment to enjoy it.

TASTING NOTES AND TECHNICAL SHEET
APPEARANCE: Bright and clean, with a cardinal purple colour and a medium/high robe.
AROMA: Red fruits of a certain intensity, spicy and toasted notes, with hints of scrubland, plum jam and subtle notes of figs.
PALATE: Tasty, sweet and well-assembled fruit on the palate. Very soft, pleasant tannins and a long finish with a very balanced structure and a marked acidity characteristic of the tintilla.
