1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, fully or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with Article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.

Once the indicated period has ended, Bodega Doña Felisa will not accept returns due to withdrawal from product purchases.

In the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the user must contact Bodega Doña Felisa by sending an email to info@bodegadonafelisa.com.

In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, preserving its original packaging and labelling.
  2. The return must be made using the same box or, failing that, a similar format that guarantees the condition of the product.
  3. A proof of purchase must be included in the shipment, accompanied by the delivery note for the products, indicating the returned products.
  4. Returns of orders must be made to the Logistics Centre of Bodega Doña Felisa at Carretera MA 7402 Km 9.2, CP 29400, Ronda, (Málaga).

2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (WINES)

Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to the user, they shall have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or those delivered that do not match the order placed by them. Additionally, the user shall have the right to claim and receive a replacement product in perfect condition.

In cases of returning defective products or those that do not match the order to Bodega Doña Felisa, this must be carried out by the User following the procedure established in the previous section, although in this case, the User will not have to bear the costs of returning such products.

If the user has followed the procedure established in the previous section and the requirements set out therein have been met, Bodega Doña Felisa will refund the amount paid for the products returned that are defective or do not match the order, as established in the following section.

3. REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE TO THE USER (WINES)

If the user has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements set out therein have been met, Bodega Doña Felisa will refund the amount paid by the user for the returned products. In cases where the return is made exercising the user’s right of withdrawal described in section 1, Bodega Doña Felisa will not cover or bear the expenses and/or costs of the return.

The user will not be entitled to a refund for products that are not in the same condition as they were delivered or do not meet the requirements established in these Return Conditions.

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund corresponding to the product(s) returned.

Bodega Doña Felisa will process the refund order using the same payment method employed by the user during the purchase process, within a maximum period of 30 days from the collection of the product and once Bodega Doña Felisa has verified that the returned products meet the requirements established in sections 1 and 2 above. The application of the refund to the user’s account will depend on their banking entity.

3.1. REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE TO THE USER (ENOTOURISM)

For enotourism products (visits, tastings, etc.), the cost of the visit will only be refundable if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the date of the visit. To cancel, it is necessary to contact Bodega Doña Felisa (enoturismo@bodegadonafelisa.com), providing the reservation details (order number and personal details used to make the reservation).
