Magnum Encaste 2018

Encaste is the improvement of the lineage through crossbreeding… Encaste represents a city with a history dating back to Roman times, and different cultures that have left their perennial mark on a mountainous and geographically privileged population. The light, the nature, the culture, and above all the bullfighting, make the Cabernet Sauvignon variety of this wine represent the character, the tradition and the depth of this millenary land, Ronda.

The bull’s head resembles the Tajo Bridge. Its twelve pampered months of rest in French oak barrels represent the passage of time… Unalterable in its roots, but improved in the mixture of cultures. A wine with an elite appearance, deep balsamic aromas, briar and fine wood… On the palate it is long, unctuous… but serious.
