Single varietal Chardonnay from the Serranía de Ronda that is hand harvested at night to preserve the character of the fruit and partially aged in French oak barrels.
An intense white with aromas of tropical fruit over a background of pineapple and hazelnut. It is suitable for drinking with both fish and grilled meats.
Buying directly from the winery will ensure that the wine has the right vintage, has been kept in good condition and is at an optimal moment to enjoy it.
APPEARANCE: Bright straw yellow colour with golden rims, clean and luminous.
AROMA: Intense citrus aromas, with subtle tropical notes, over dried fruits. Subtle and well-integrated wood nuances, very fresh.
