We have a set of general conditions that apply to all wine tourism products published on bodegadonafelisa.com. Subject to exceptions which will be communicated to you, the general conditions are as follows:
- The visit is cancellable and refundable up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Once within 48 hours prior to the start of the visit, the reservation fee will not be refunded. For any queries regarding your booking or cancellations, please contact enoturismo@bodegadonafelisa.com.
- To change the date of the visit, the same policy applies as for cancellations, you can change the date up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Once within 48 hours prior to the start of the visit, no date changes will be made. To change the date of your visit within the agreed period, please contact enoturismo@bodegadonafelisa.com.
- The offers cannot be accumulated with other current offers.
- The ticket can be used once you have received the email to the email address you have provided. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
- All reservations will be made according to the availability of Bodega Doña Felisa.
- Reservations cannot be exchanged for cash at the establishment.
- VAT is included.
