Sweet Moscatel made by lightly sunning the grapes after harvesting. Subsequently, it is fortified with 8% alcohol and, once it reaches 15 degrees, fermentation is stopped by cooling.
The result is a fresh wine with tropical fruit sensations with notes of nutty flavours. Ideal to drink with pâtés, foie gras, fatty cheeses, spreadable cheeses, and all kinds of desserts.
