TASTING NOTES AND TECHNICAL SHEET
APPEARANCE: Deep cherry red colour, clean and bright.
AROMA: High aromatic intensity. Wild black fruits, blueberries intertwined with hints of chocolate and spicy toasted notes from the French oak barrels. Saline notes stand out.
PALATE: Smooth and enveloping entry with floral notes and a slight bitterness that lengthens the palate. Very mineral with liquorice essence wrapped by liquorice notes. Powerful and full, with a pleasant mouthfeel, an elegant and prolonged finish.
