Cloe Brut Nature is a Brut Nature sparkling wine from Ronda, made using the traditional method and aged for 14 months in bottle. It is a fine wine, with well-integrated carbon dioxide and hints of yeast, white flowers and dried fruits. Perfect with sushi, oysters, rice dishes and red fruits and chocolate.
