Chardonnay made in Ronda (Málaga) in a particular place due to its altitude, 1000 metres, and raise in concreque barrels, make this white wine fresh becuase the altitude, mineral because the terroir and with a special texture that give it the concrete.
Buying directly from the winery will ensure that the wine has the right vintage, has been kept in good condition and is at an optimal moment to enjoy it.
TASTING NOTES AND TECHNICAL SHEET
APPERANCE: Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and very attractive in glass.
AROMA: Expressive and elegant. Aromas of white fruits (pear, apple), citrus (grapefruit, lime) and subtle floral notes. There are also nuances of fennel, wet stone and a marked minerality.
PALM: Fresh and vibrant entry, with well-integrated acidity that adds tension and lengthens the palate. Creamy and enveloping texture. Long saline finish with a very persistent citrus-mineral note.
PAIRING: Perfect with white fish, seafood, rice, soft cheese or light Asian cuisine.
