Shipping and transport
BODEGA DOÑA FELISA S.L. will not ship any order until payment has been verified. Shipments are generally made via courier service, depending on the destination.
Delivery dates or timeframes shall be considered approximate, and any delay shall not constitute a material breach. In the event that BODEGA DOÑA FELISA S.L. fails to deliver the goods within 30 days of the agreed delivery date, the customer shall be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid at no cost, without giving rise to any liability for damages on the part of BODEGA DOÑA FELISA S.L.
Delivery times generally range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and the chosen payment method. This timeframe applies provided that the availability of the goods has been confirmed and full payment for the order has been verified.
BODEGA DOÑA FELISA S.L. shall not assume any liability if the delivery of the product or service fails to take place because the data provided by the USER is false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place at the moment the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER—or their representative—has signed the delivery receipt.
It is the USER’s responsibility to inspect the products upon receipt and to note any justified reservations or claims on the delivery receipt document.
In the event that the purchase does not involve the physical delivery of any product—as the products are downloaded directly from the website—BODEGA DOÑA FELISA S.L. will inform the USER in advance of the procedure to be followed to carry out the download.
TRANSPORTATION COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and the number of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed during the checkout process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.
The delivery times are as follows:
- Mainland: 2–10 business days, starting the business day after order confirmation.
- Balearic Islands: 3–10 business days, starting from the business day following order confirmation.
For orders paid via bank transfer, confirmation is deemed to have been made once the transfer is received.
